Confirmed records of this species exist for Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador including the Galápagos Islands, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
