Larkinia grandis (Broderip & G.B.Sowerby I, 1829) is a species whose shells can reach approximately 7.5 centimetres (3.0 inches) in diameter and approximately 9.6 centimetres (3.8 inches) in height. The shells are white with 26 ribs, and have a dark, smooth periostracum. This species occurs in the North Pacific Ocean, where it can be found in Mexico, El Salvador, Peru, and the Gulf of California.
