Laphria franciscana Bigot, 1878 is a species of robber flies that belongs to the family Asilidae. This species occurs in northeastern North America. Its documented range covers the Canadian provinces of southern Ontario, Manitoba, Quebec, and Nova Scotia, as well as the U.S. state of Maine. The southernmost extent of its known distribution reaches the U.S. states of Texas and Florida.
