About Jordaaniella dubia (Haw.) H.E.K.Hartmann

Jordaaniella dubia (Haw.) H.E.K.Hartmann is a coastal succulent plant that belongs to the Aizoaceae family. It is native to the Cape Provinces of South Africa. This species is easy to propagate, and it makes an attractive ground cover for coastal gardens. Compared to its relative Jordaaniella anemoniflora, which is now extinct in the wild, Jordaaniella dubia is smaller in size, and it produces large, bright yellow flowers. Its natural native habitat is the coastal Strandveld of the Western Cape, but it grows well as a cultivated garden plant in sandy and coastal gardens in almost any location.
