Isophrictis similiella is a moth species belonging to the family Gelechiidae. It was first described by Vactor Tousey Chambers in 1872. This species is found in North America, with confirmed records from Kentucky, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Manitoba, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Saskatchewan, and Texas. Its wingspan measures approximately 11 mm. The larvae of Isophrictis similiella bore into the receptacle of Solanum carolinense and the flowerheads of Rudbeckia hirta.
