The cap of Inocybe pallidicremea is lilac-colored, measuring 4โ€“10 centimeters in diameter. Its surface is either smooth or silky fibrillose. Caps start conical in shape, maturing to become convex or umbonate. The stipe is 2โ€“6 centimeters long and 0.3โ€“0.6 centimeters wide.
