Hypsoblennius jenkinsi, commonly called the mussel blenny, is a species of combtooth blenny. It is found in the eastern-central Pacific Ocean. This species reaches a maximum total length of 13 centimetres, which equals 5.1 inches. Its specific name honors Oliver Peebles Jenkins (1850–1935), who worked as a professor of physiology at Stanford University.
