Hypleurochilus pseudoaequipinnis is a species of combtooth blenny. It occurs in the Atlantic Ocean. In the Americas, its distribution ranges from Cape Canaveral, Florida to Santa Catarina, Brazil. In the eastern Atlantic, this species is found off the coast of Sao Tome and Principe in the Gulf of Guinea.
