The aberrant bush warbler, with the scientific name Horornis flavolivaceus (Blyth, 1845), is a species of bush warbler belonging to the family Cettiidae. This species was previously classified as part of the broader "Old World warbler" grouping. Its confirmed distribution includes Bhutan, China, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, the Philippines, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam. Within these regions, it specifically occurs in central and southern China, and the northernmost parts of Myanmar and Vietnam. It may also be present in northeastern and southeastern Bangladesh.
