About Hibbertia prostrata Hook.

Hibbertia prostrata Hook., commonly called bundled Guinea-flower, is a small shrub endemic to south-eastern Australia. It grows up to 50 cm in height, with narrow leaves that measure approximately 20 mm long and 1 mm wide. In its native range, this species produces yellow flowers between September and December. It grows in heath habitats, and is found in South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania. According to the Australian Plant Census, Hibbertia prostrata is classified as a synonym of Hibbertia fasciculata.
