Heteropacha is a monotypic moth genus in the family Lasiocampidae, described by Leon F. Harvey in 1874. The genus contains only one species: Heteropacha rileyana, commonly known as Riley's lappet moth, which was also described by Harvey in 1874. This species is found in the United states in Mississippi, Missouri, Texas, and Georgia. The wingspan of adult Riley's lappet moths ranges from 27 to 36 mm. Adults are active on wing from late April through August. The larvae of this species feed on Gleditsia triacanthos.
