Hemipenthes sinuosus, commonly known as the sinuous bee fly, is a species of bee fly belonging to the family Bombyliidae. This species is found throughout North America, spanning Mexico, the United States, and Canada. It is very closely similar to the species Hemipenthes jaennickeana, and can be distinguished from that species by differences in its wing venation.
