Hemicloea rogenhoferi, commonly called the flattened bark spider, is a spider species that belongs to the family Trochanteriidae. This species is endemic to the east coast of Australia. It has also become naturalised in New Zealand, where it has established populations at sites across both the North Island and the South Island. Hemicloea rogenhoferi is a moderately large spider, with a distinctively flattened body that lets it squeeze into narrow spaces under bark.
