Heliothis phloxiphaga Grote & Robinson, 1867 is a moth species belonging to the family Noctuidae. This species can be found in the United States and southern Canada. It feeds on a wide range of different plants, and its caterpillars are classified as pests for certain tree genera, which include Ulmus, Malus, and Prunus. Adult moths fly and are active during the summer season. Two species, Heliothis acesias and Heliothis australis, were previously classified and grouped together with Heliothis phloxiphaga.
