Helcystogramma chambersella is a species of moth belonging to the family Gelechiidae. It was first described by Mary Murtfeldt in 1874. This moth is found in North America, with confirmed records from the states of Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, Arizona, and California. The forewings of Helcystogramma chambersella measure between 3.5 and 5 millimeters in length. Adult moths have been observed in flight from April through September. The larvae of this species feed on Ambrosia artemisiifolia, Ambrosia confertifolia, and Ambrosia ptilostachya.
