Helcogramma decurrens, the black-throated triplefin, is a species of triplefin blenny belonging to the genus Helcogramma. This species was first described by Allan Riverstone McCulloch and Edgar Ravenswood Waite in 1918. It inhabits the western and southern coasts of Australia. It can be found at depths down to 13 metres (43 ft), living in both intertidal and subtidal zones, where it hides among algae that grows on rocky substrates.
