Haplochrois bipunctella is a species of moth belonging to the family Elachistidae. This moth is found in North America, with recorded occurrences in the states of Arizona, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Adult Haplochrois bipunctella are active and on wing from May through September. The larvae of this moth feed on Croton engelmannii. Larvae create galls in the leaf petiole of their host plant, and also mine the seeds of Croton engelmannii.
