Guineapsaltria is a genus of cicadas. It belongs to the family Cicadidae, the subfamily Cicadettinae, and the tribe Chlorocystini. This genus is native to Australia and New Guinea. It was first formally described in 1993 by Dutch entomologist Arnold J. de Boer. The recognized species within the genus is Guineapsaltria flava, originally published by Goding and Froggatt in 1904.
