Gonioterma mistrella is a moth species belonging to the family Depressariidae. This species occurs in North America, and has been specifically recorded from Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Illinois, Texas, Kansas, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Manitoba, and Mexico. The wingspan of Gonioterma mistrella ranges from 20 to 23 mm. Adult moths are most commonly active on wing between May and October. Its larvae feed on Phleum pratense. Larvae of this moth are pink in color, with a dark dorsal stripe and a chestnut-colored head.
