Goniophlebium formosanum (Baker) Rödl-Linder is a fern species belonging to the family Polypodiaceae. This species can be found in Fujian, China, Japan, and Taiwan. It is an epiphyte that grows on tree trunks or rocks. Its stipes are straw-colored and measure 15–20 cm in length. Its oblong lamina is approximately 30–50 cm in length by 10–15 cm in width.
