About Goniobranchus verrieri (Crosse, 1875)
Goniobranchus verrieri is a species of marine nudibranch with the accepted scientific name Goniobranchus verrieri (Crosse, 1875). This species has a white mantle that is edged with a red margin, with a yellow band running just inside this red margin. Its gills and rhinophores are red, and both have white edging. Mature individuals reach a total body length between 18 millimeters and 30 millimeters. This species was originally described from specimens collected in New Caledonia. It has been recorded from multiple localities across the Indo-West Pacific region.
