About Goniobranchus rubrocornutus (Rudman, 1985)

Goniobranchus rubrocornutus is a chromodorid nudibranch. It has a semi-translucent white mantle with colored margins: an irregular white band, followed by a broken red marginal band, with a broad yellow band at the outermost edge of the mantle. Its rhinophores and gills are translucent red. This species can grow up to 15 millimeters in body length. This is a marine species found in the Western Pacific. It was first described from specimens collected in Hong Kong, and has also been reported from American Samoa, the Marshall Islands, and the Philippines.
