Gilia flavocincta A.Nelson, commonly known as lesser yellowthroat gilia, is a flowering plant species that belongs to the phlox family, Polemoniaceae. This species is native to the Arizona Uplands region of the Sonoran Desert. It grows in large, extensive patches, producing pink-lavender flowers that release a sweet honey-like scent into the surrounding air.
