Fritillaria tubaeformis Gren. & Godr. (alternatively spelled Fritillaria tubiformis) is a bulbous perennial plant belonging to the lily family, Liliaceae. It is native to the Alpine regions of southeastern France and northern Italy. Currently recognized infraspecific taxa of this species are: Fritillaria tubiformis var. burnatii (Planch.) Rouy, Fritillaria tubiformis subsp. moggridgei (Boiss. & Reut. ex Planch.) Rix, and Fritillaria tubiformis subsp. tubiformis.
