About Fritillaria pluriflora Torr. ex Benth.

Fritillaria pluriflora Torr. ex Benth. produces an erect stem that grows between 10 and 50 cm (4 and 20 inches) in height. This species bears up to ten thick, long, oval-shaped leaves with wavy margins; most of these leaves grow clustered at ground level. Its nodding flowers have bright pink tepals, each up to 4 cm (1.6 inches) long. The center of the flower holds a pinkish to yellowish nectary and bright yellow anthers.
