Fraus polyspila is a species of moth belonging to the family Hepialidae. This moth is endemic to four regions of Australia: New South Wales, South Australia, Victoria, and Western Australia. Adult Fraus polyspila are active in flight during the month of May. Larvae of this species have been documented feeding on plants from the genus Ehrharta. Fraus polyspila larvae create feeding tunnels that reach approximately 20 centimeters deep into substrate.
