The kikau, also called the western wattled honeyeater, has the scientific name Foulehaio procerior. It is a bird species that belongs to the honeyeater family Meliphagidae. This species was once classified as conspecific with both the Fiji wattled honeyeater and the Polynesian wattled honeyeater. It is endemic to Viti Levu, Ovalau, and the islands of the Yasawa Archipelago in Fiji. Its natural habitats include tropical moist lowland forests, tropical mangrove forests, and tropical moist montane forest.
