Florestina tripteris, commonly known as sticky florestina, is a North American flowering plant species belonging to the sunflower family. It occurs in Mexico, ranging from Chihuahua and Nuevo León south to Guerrero, and in Texas in the south-central United States. This species is a perennial herb that grows up to 60 cm (2 feet) tall. A single individual produces many flower heads arranged in a branching structure. Each flower head holds up to 30 white disc flowers, and does not produce any ray flowers. Florestina tripteris grows in open, sunlit habitats.
