About Felimare bilineata (Pruvot-Fol, 1953)

Felimare bilineata is a species of nudibranch. It has a blue body with an orange-lined mantle. One or two orange longitudinal lines extend the full length of its upper dorsum and body. Its gills and rhinophores are black, and are edged with orange. Each gill has two lines on the base of its outer side, which converge at the tip of the gill. This species can grow to a total length of at least 40 mm (1.6 in). This nudibranch is found in the Eastern Atlantic Ocean, ranging from Portugal to Ghana, and in the Western Mediterranean Sea.
