Favonigobius reichei, commonly called the Indopacific Tropical Sand Goby, and often simply referred to as the tropical sand goby, is a species of goby. This species is native to fresh, brackish, and marine coastal waters across the Indian Ocean and the western Pacific Ocean. It favors habitats with muddy or sandy substrates, which frequently feature weed growth. This species can reach a total length of 8.3 centimetres, equal to 3.3 inches.
