Eustrophopsis bicolor is a species of polypore fungus beetle that belongs to the family Tetratomidae. It occurs in the Caribbean and North America. This species can be distinguished from other members of the genus Eustrophopsis by its characteristic contrasting antennomeres: antennomeres 1 through 4 are rufous, antennomeres 5 through 10 range from dark piceous to black, and antennomere 11 is yellowish-orange.
