About Eupseudosoma involuta Sepp, 1849

Eupseudosoma involuta Sepp, 1849 (also referred to as Eupseudosoma involutum), commonly called the snowy eupseudosoma, is a moth species belonging to the family Erebidae. This species was originally described by Sepp, with a cited publication year of 1855. Its distribution ranges from southern Florida in the United States south to Argentina, and it also occurs on the Antilles. This moth has a wingspan of approximately 33 mm. The larvae of Eupseudosoma involuta feed on Psidium guineense, plants from the genus Eugenia, and Eucalyptus species.
