Eupselia holoxantha Lower, 1894 is a species of moth in the family Depressariidae. This moth is found in Australia, with recorded populations in Queensland, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, and South Australia. Its wingspan measures approximately 20 mm. On its forewings, the basal third is cream-colored, while the outer marginal two-thirds are dark brown. Its hindwings are yellow.
