About Euonymus nanus M.Bieb.

Euonymus nanus, commonly called the dwarf spindle tree, is a species of flowering plant that belongs to the family Celastraceae. It is native to the Black Sea region, Central Asia, Mongolia, and northern China, and has been introduced to Germany. This deciduous or semi-evergreen shrub grows to between 1 and 2 meters (3 to 7 feet) tall. It is adapted to cold, dry environments, and most often grows in high mountain forests and scrublands. Its leaves are narrow and similar in appearance to rosemary leaves, and the species is sold by commercial plant suppliers.
