Ethmia terminella is a moth species belonging to the family Depressariidae. It was first described by Thomas Bainbrigge Fletcher in 1938, and it can be found in Europe. This moth has a wingspan that measures between 17 and 19 mm (0.67 to 0.75 inches). Adults fly from May to July, with flight timing varying based on location. The larvae of Ethmia terminella feed on Echium vulgare. Two subspecies of Ethmia terminella have been described: Ethmia terminella terminella, which occurs across most of the species' total range, and Ethmia terminella micropunctella, described by Amsel in 1955, which is found in Jordan.
