Erythronium sibiricum (Fisch. & C.A.Mey.) Krylov is a bulbous perennial plant belonging to the lily family Liliaceae. It is commonly known by two common names: the Siberian fawn lily, and the Siberian trout lily.

This species can be found in Siberia, specifically in Altay, Tuva, and Krasnoyarsk. It also grows in Northeastern Kazakhstan, Northern Xinjiang, and Mongolia, within the Altai and Sajan mountain ranges. Erythronium sibiricum grows in forests, thickets, and subalpine meadows, at elevations ranging from 1100 to 2500 meters.
