About Erythronium multiscapideum (Kellogg) A.Nelson & P.B.Kenn.

Erythronium multiscapideum grows from a bulb that is 2 to 5 centimeters long, and the bulb sometimes produces small attached bulblets. This species has two oval-shaped green leaves that can reach up to 15 centimeters in length, and the leaves are mottled with brown or white markings. Each flowering stalk grows between 10 and 20 centimeters tall, and holds 1 to 4 individual flowers. Each flower has white tepals with bright yellow coloring at their bases. All stamens, anthers, and the stigma are white or cream in color.
