Eriospermum cooperi Baker is a flowering plant species that belongs to the Asparagaceae family. This species is adapted to summer rainfall regions, and grows in rocky grassland and open scrub. Its native range extends from the Eastern Cape, South Africa, northward to Zimbabwe. It grows up to 60 cm tall, and produces a single erect leaf. Its flowers are white to pale green, and the outer tepals are sometimes reddish brown.
