About Eriogonum wrightii Torr. ex Benth.
Eriogonum wrightii Torr. ex Benth. is quite variable in appearance. It can grow as a small perennial herb 10 centimeters tall, or as a bushy shrub over 1 meter wide, and the species includes several recognized varieties. In general, it produces basal leaves, along with a few additional narrow, woolly leaves along its stem. Its inflorescence has long, straight branches that range from hairless to woolly, and bear flower clusters and sometimes small leaves at the nodes. The flowers of this plant are usually white to light pink.
