It produces a branching inflorescence that bears small, woolly, oval-shaped leaves; each leaf measures approximately one centimeter long. Flower clusters are located at the top of the plant, and these clusters sometimes appear arranged in horizontal layers. The flowers of this species are most often pale yellow or white.
