Erica rhopalantha Dulfer, commonly called browntip heath or club-shaped erica, is a flowering plant species that belongs to the Ericaceae family. This species is endemic to the Western Cape, where it grows in sandy, well-drained soils in full sun. Erica rhopalantha is a completely hairless (glabrous) plant with an erect growth habit, and can grow up to 300 millimetres tall. Its leaves are either opposite or arranged in groups of three; each leaf is linear in shape and approximately 2.5 millimetres long.
