Eressa angustipenna, commonly known as the black-headed wasp moth, is a moth species belonging to the family Erebidae. It was first described by Thomas Pennington Lucas in 1890. This species occurs in Australia, specifically in Queensland and New South Wales, and is also found in the Philippines. The adult moth has a wingspan of approximately 30 mm. Adult individuals have black wings marked with yellow-orange translucent spots.
