Adults of Epilachna cacica reach a length of approximately 7 to 10.90 mm. Adult individuals are yellowish brown in overall color. The anterolateral angle of the pronotum is yellow. Each elytron has a yellow lateral margin, which is bordered by a black stripe (vitta).
