Ephestia welseriella is a species of snout moth that belongs to the genus Ephestia. This species was first described by Zeller in 1848. Its range extends from the Iberian Peninsula northward to France and Germany, and eastward to Ukraine and southern Russia. The wingspan of adult Ephestia welseriella measures 18 to 24 millimeters. Adult moths are active in flight from May through August. The larvae of this species feed on the bulbs of plants in the genus Allium.
