The cap of Entoloma cetratum ranges from broadly conical to convex in shape, is colored light amber-brown, and has a ribbed texture that extends almost to the cap’s center. Mature caps reach up to 3 centimeters in diameter. Its gills are salmon pink and sinuate, and its spores are pink. The stem is light brown, longitudinally fibrous, and slender.
