Enneapterygius atrogulare (Günther, 1873) is a species of triplefin blenny that belongs to the genus Enneapterygius. It holds multiple common names across different regions: in the United Kingdom it is called the blackthroat triplefin, while in Australia it is known by a range of names including ring-scale triplefin, black triplefin, eastern white-barred threefin, ringed triplefin, eastern Australian blackhead triplefin and saddled triplefin.

This is a subtropical, non-migratory blenny that inhabits coral reefs in the western Pacific Ocean, found around Australia and Tonga. It occurs at depths between 0 and 5 metres. Both juvenile and adult individuals feed primarily on benthic algae, weeds, and invertebrates. Males of this species can reach a maximum total length of 5 centimetres.
