Elatine gratioloides A.Cunn. is a species of flowering plant in the Elatinaceae family. It is native to the region spanning from Australia to the south-west Pacific, which includes New Zealand. This species was first formally described in 1839 by Allan Cunningham, who based his description on a specimen collected from a bog at Tauraki, along the Hokianga river.
