Eidophasia messingiella is a species of moth that belongs to the family Plutellidae. It can be found across most of Europe, and is absent from Ireland, the Iberian Peninsula, Slovenia and Ukraine. This moth has a wingspan of 14 to 16 mm. Adult moths are active from June to July, and produce one generation per year. The larvae of this species feed on Cardaria draba, Cardamine amara, and Lunaria rediviva.
