Ectopsocus briggsi is a species of Psocoptera belonging to the family Ectopsocidae. It can be found in Great Britain and Ireland, and is brownish-orange in colour. This species lives on a wide variety of trees and shrubs, including alder, apple, ash, beech, birch, blackthorn, bramble, clematis, horse chestnut, lime, mistletoe, oak, plum, poplar, sycamore, sea-buckthorn, sweet chestnut, and willow. It can also be found in haystacks and leaf litter.
