Ecsenius namiyei, commonly known as the black comb-tooth blenny or Namiye's coralblenny, is a species of marine fish belonging to the family Blenniidae. Its specific scientific name honours Motoyoshi Namiye (1854โ€“1915), a Japanese zoologist and museum curator. This species is widely distributed across the tropical waters of the western Pacific Ocean, ranging from the Philippines to the Solomon Islands. It reaches a maximum length of 11 cm, and it occasionally enters the aquarium trade.
